How to Return an Item

To initiate a return of an item purchased on this website, please complete the following steps:

1. Please complete this Return form.
2. We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will not accept shipments without an RA Number.
3. Properly package the item(s) to ensure protection from damage in shipping. Include the RA Number on the outside of the box.
4. We strongly recommend shipping merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or another delivery service that provides tracking information and insurance. You are responsible for return shipping charges and international fees.
